Jane's biographyJane Keller graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Education and a Master of Vocal Pedagogy. Although classically trained and with over 30 years' operatic experience, Jane's real loves are musical theatre, cabaret and jazz. Jane has created and performed 5 one-woman cabaret shows since coming to New Zealand. Michael Nicholas Williams is her collaborator and accompanist. Their most recent show, SUNDAYS AT IRA'S, was performed at the 2019 Art Deco Festival. Jane specialises in teaching musical theatre singing styles and repertoire. She has a large private singing studio in Wellington. She is also an adjudicator for MT competitions. Jane has been a long-time tutor at the National Singing School. She has also taught at the Jazz School at NZSM and was the singing teacher for many years at Toi Whakaari: NZ National Drama School. Recently, Jane has enjoyed doing musicals again.
